I must congratulate in particular M/s. Bala, Rangarajan, Carlton and your entire other team members for the excellent arrangements made during the above trip; organizing a trip for about 300 staff over 3 days is not an easy task but you and your team had coordinated the whole trip very well.
Everything was in place - right from the time we left Chennai - The Travel bookings, Bus arrangements' Hotel reservations, Food, Sightseeing programs, The cultural evening etc; There was absolutely no cause for complaints and everyone who undertook the trip thoroughly enjoyed the same' we look forward to have a long term relationship with you as our "staff Engagement and Travel Partner" in the days to come.

It's Rukumani, writing from US. I am back in US and have been busy catching up with work. I am writing to thank you again for your and your staff members' service. All went well with our travels home and everyone is fine back home in Malaysia.
